My Story - A Journey of Awakening and Manifestation

Namaste, I am AJ, embodying a multidimensional and spiritually attuned essence, driven by a deep passion for expanding consciousness and nurturing mindfulness. With certifications in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation Mentorship, Pranayama Breathwork, Tuning Fork Mastery, and Reiki Healing, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others align with their highest potential.

Through over thirty years of immersion in the spiritual heartland of India, I’ve absorbed the essence of ancient wisdom, learning sacred arts such as Sanskrit Mantra Meditation, Kirtans, Shambhavi Mahamudra, Kundalini Kriyas, and Pranic Healing Meditation. Under the guidance of revered sages, I delved deep into transformative practices that awakened my spirit and opened me to the vast potential of the universe.

As a Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher, I experienced firsthand the profound impact of energy work on manifesting one’s deepest desires. It was through this journey of spiritual awakening that I discovered the transformative power of the Law of Attraction—how aligning thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions can bring our greatest Visions to Life.

Now, I weave together my knowledge of energy healing and manifestation to create Vision to Reality, a program designed to guide you on your own journey of transformation. With tools such as the Manifestation Jumpstart Session and Align & Attract Coaching Series, I help clients unlock their potential, raise their vibration, and manifest their dreams into reality.

In my work, I blend sacred sound healing instruments, including 432Hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Tingshas, and Chimes, to guide individuals into deep states of healing and alignment.
