Namaste, I am AJ, embodying a multidimensional and spiritually attuned essence, fueled by an unwavering passion for expanding consciousness and nurturing mindfulness.  I am proud to be graced with certifications in the realms of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, the transformative art of Sound Healing, the sacred role of a Meditation Mentor, the wisdom-bearing mantle of a Pranayama Breathwork Teacher, the harmonizing practice of Tuning Fork Mastery, and the channeling of healing energies as a Reiki Practitioner. 

My sacred purpose revolves around guiding individuals, like you, to immerse themselves in the profound abyss of inner tranquility, self-awareness, and expanded consciousness through the sacred conduit of Kundalini Yoga Classes with Pranic Sound Healing Guided Meditations. Within this sacred space, the harmonious interplay of vibrational frequencies and metaphysical energies gives birth to profound transformation and healing.

My mission is dedicated to enveloping the world in a tapestry woven from healing vibrations. I wield a unique ensemble of ethereal instruments, including the sacred 432Hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, resonant Tibetan Singing Bowls, the soothing susurrus of the Ocean Drum, the tinkling resonance of Tingshas, and the reverberating song of Chimes. These instruments, imbued with the wisdom of tradition, orchestrate symphonies that mend and elevate the spirit.

Immersed for over thirty years in the spiritual heartland of India, I am grateful to have absorbed the essence of ancient wisdom and holistic practices. Beneath the watchful gaze of venerable sages, I delved deep into the sacred arts of Kundalini Yoga and advanced meditative techniques. The ancient Sanskrit Mantra Meditation, soul-stirring Kirtans, the mystical Shambhavi Mahamudra, the awakening Kundalini Kriyas, and an array of Pranayama and Pranic Healing Meditation practices found their abode within me.
