How to make Affirmations?

Affirmations are an incredibly powerful manifestation tool.

They help us reprogram the subconscious mind with positivity, making it easier to attract and manifest our desires. Its like having a Clear Conversation with the Universe and giving it the Most Exciting News of Your Life - The News about Your End Result!


Today, I’m sharing a few simple steps to create powerful and effective affirmations. Read on and Get creating the best affirmations for yourself:


  1. Get 100% clear on your desires.
    Very clearly identify your goals in all the key areas of life—Health, Relationships, Career, and Money.
     
  2. Be specific.
    The more detailed you are, the more powerful the affirmation becomes.
    Good Example: “I easily and joyfully earn $15,000 each month doing what I love.”
     
  3. Write down in the present tense.
    Phrase your affirmations "as if the goal has already been achieved" and it is your current reality! This is very critical and most people make mistakes in this area.
    Good Example: “I have already achieved my ideal body weight of 75 kilos" or “I am so happy and grateful for having the most loving husband in this whole world”
     
  4. Keep it simple and positive.
    Focus on what you want, not what you want to avoid. Do not use any negative words
    Good Example: Instead of saying, “I want to find a partner,” say, “I am so happy to be enjoying this pure deep love with my ideal person.”
     
  5. Add emotion and feeling.
    Emotions are like the jet engine behind your affirmations. They give your affirmations life.
    Good Example: “I feel so amazing to have found my dream job! I feel valued, successful, and so proud of myself.”
     
  6. Pick up a pen and Write them down.
    Don't just imagine! Putting your affirmations on paper makes them tangible and gives them more energy.
     
  7. Repeat daily with feeling.
    Read your affirmations aloud at least twice a day—morning time when you wake up and night time just before bed—with 100% genuine feeling and a beautiful smile.


Most Important:

Do not read your affirmations when your mood is off, or when you're feeling desperate or lack of not having what you're trying to manifest or any other negative emotion. Instead play some music, dance a little, get your "mood" happy and then connect with your affirmations, and see Magical Results for yourself!
